We are over the moon to announce that D1 London Spirits has been showcased in an exclusive publication which celebrates 100 years of the iconic Bentley brand.
‘Exploring The Extraordinary’ is a limited edition, high-end, fully illustrated hardback book which came about as the result of a unique multi-media partnership to honour a century of Rolls Royce and Bentley motor cars.
This exclusive publication also features other brands which have been selected for sharing many of the attributes and core values of these luxury vehicles. And it has been launched alongside the RREC & RROC Showcase Bentley 100 website.
Only a small batch of the books have been created and the publication of ‘Exploring The Extraordinary’ was launched at a glittering event at the Grosvenor House Hotel in Park Lane, London, recently.
Produced for two of the world’s most distinguished car clubs – the Rolls-Royce Enthusiasts’ Club (RREC) and the Rolls-Royce Owners’ Club (RROC) – the launch was an opportunity for club members and VIP guests to meet and mingle in an appropriately lavish setting.
To resonate with the book’s theme of luxury, a curated selection of high-end brands was also present in the Grosvenor’s sumptuous ballroom, enabling the 800 attendees to immerse themselves in a world of prestigious products and exclusive experiences.
World renowned publishers, St James’s House launched the exclusive book as the official publishing partner for both the RREC and RROC. D1 is featured under the Food and Drink section of the publication, under the title: ‘Sipping Elegance’.
The article begins: “When enjoying the finer things in life, context is all. Beautiful artwork must be tastefully framed and lit; exquisite clothing must be carefully pressed; and the most delicious drinks are best enjoyed with the right setting and presentation”.
Our D1 Founder, Dominic Limbrey, said: “Our spirits have a sumptuous sophistication that is both smooth and delicate. We have and continue to innovate in our category; producing the best products we can with integrity and quality at their heart. Our DJ’s infusions bring a continuation of these values to flavour and create theatre of sipping elegance.”
In addition to the events above, a dedicated exhibition is at Bonhams in New Bond Street, London, and an international calendar of events is taking place, that includes both the RREC and the RROC’s annual meets.
Also, every Bentley built in 2019 has a collection of carefully curated design touches. The bonnet, boot and wheel centres, for instance, feature a specially created badge, and when one of the doors is opened, a welcome light illuminates the ground with a Bentley symbol.
