Recipe:
- 45ml D1 London Gin
- 15ml Fernet Hunter
- 30ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
- 20ml fresh lime juice
- 2 dashes rhubarb bitters
Instructions:
- Shake all ingredients and double strain.
Garnish:
- Top with an Earl Grey tea foam.
