D1 Subi Cocktail recipe using D1 London Gin by Suraj Gurung at the Blue Butcher & Meat Specialist in Hong Kong.

  • 45ml D1 London Gin
  • 22ml watermelon-infused Manchino Blanco
  • 15ml dry sherry
  • 10ml clarified lemon juice
  • 15ml nettle syrup

Spray lemon essence.

Stir and serve in a coupette Garnish with Wakamomo peach.
