- 45ml D1 London Gin
- 22ml watermelon-infused Manchino Blanco
- 15ml dry sherry
- 10ml clarified lemon juice
- 15ml nettle syrup
Spray lemon essence.
Stir and serve in a coupette Garnish with Wakamomo peach.
