This is the De Chilex Cocktail recipe using D1 London Gin created by Bibo Restaurant.
This cocktail was part of the 2017 D1 International Cocktail Exchange.
Recipe:
- 45ml ginseng-infused D1 London Gin (75g ginseng, 750ml D1 London Gin; infuse for 1.5 hours)
- 20ml homemade lemon and grapefruit shrub
- (350ml sherry vinegar, 350ml sugar, 2 peeled lemons and a peeled orange)
- 20ml homemade rock candy lemon syrup (500ml water, 2 lemons, 250g rock sugar, 250g white sugar: put all the ingredients into a vacuum bag and cook at 60 degrees for 2 hours; keep shaking it until all the sugar dissolves)
- 30ml chamomile tea
- 3 drops blossom bitters
