La Cantina Cocktail

This is the La Cantina Cocktail recipe using D1 Potato Vodka created by Añejo Restaurant in Calgary, Canada. 

This cocktail was part of the 2017 D1 International Cocktail Exchange


  • 1.5 oz D1 Potato Vodka
  • 0.5 oz New Deal Distillery Ginger Liqueur
  • 1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz BG Reynolds Falernum Syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • Absinthe rinse


  • Rinse a chilled rocks glass with absinthe. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain over one large ice cube. Garnish with a mint bouquet and a charred star anise.
