Recipe:
- 1.5 oz D1 Potato Vodka
- 0.5 oz New Deal Distillery Ginger Liqueur
- 1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz BG Reynolds Falernum Syrup
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- Absinthe rinse
Instructions:
- Rinse a chilled rocks glass with absinthe. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain over one large ice cube. Garnish with a mint bouquet and a charred star anise.
