This delicious Aperitivo using our D1 London Dry Gin is just perfect for Valentines Day.
Using DJ’s Cold Infusion pockets with Peach Liqueur and Orange Blossom Water this cocktail created by Francesco Lombardi will leaving you wanting more.
Recipe:
- 35ml D1 London Dry Gin Infused
- Infused with DJs Summer Equinox (Infuse for 10 minutes)
- 15ml Briottet Peach Liqueur
- 10ml Italicus Liqueur
- 3 drops of Orange Blossom Water
- 10ml Fresh Lemon juice
- 60ml Lemonde Top Up
Instructions:
- Build up the drink in the high ball glass, add ice and all the ingredients except the lemonade, stir gently for a small little dilution, then top up with lemonade.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries.
