This is the Pumpkin White Russian recipe using D1 Potato Vodka ideal for Halloween.

Crushed Biscoff biscuits

In a cocktail shaker add the following:
- 50ml D1 Potato Vodka
- 25ml Coffee Liquor
- 25ml Pumpkin spice syrup
- 50ml Single cream
Use a slice of lime to rub around the lip of the glass and then dip into the biscuit crumbs.
Shake hard over ice and double strain over fresh ice and choose your toppings between a burnt cinnamon stick or whipped cream or both!
