Ingredients:
- For the rim: Crushed Biscoff biscuits
- 50ml D1 Potato Vodka
- 25ml Coffee Liqueur
- 25ml Pumpkin spice syrup
- 50ml Single cream
Directions:
- Use a slice of lime to rub around the lip of your glass, then dip it into the crushed Biscoff biscuits.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine D1 Potato Vodka, coffee liqueur, pumpkin spice syrup, and single cream.
- Shake hard over ice and double strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
- Top with a burnt cinnamon stick, whipped cream, or both for an extra festive touch.
Poison Blackberry Martini

Ingredients:
- A handful of fresh blackberries muddled with 10ml of sugar syrup (or use 25ml blackberry syrup)
- 60ml D1 London Gin
- 25ml Vermouth (dry or sweet, depending on your preference)
- A couple of drops of Ms. Betters Miraculous Foamer Bitter or 10ml aquafaba (chickpea water)
Directions:
- Muddle the fresh blackberries with sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker.
- Add D1 London Gin, vermouth, and foamer bitter or aquafaba.
- Shake well with ice and double strain into a coupe or martini glass.

In a tumbler add the D1 Potato Vodka, the Lime sherbet, stir then add the ice and top up with your preferred mixer.
