- 45ml D1 London Gin
- 30ml Kuei Hua Chen Chiew
- 20ml Zucca Rabarbaro
- 5ml Mentzendorff Kummel Liqueur
- 2 drops Fee Brothers Grapefruit Bitters
- Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a rock glass with block ice.
- Garnish with dehydrated grapefruit and star anise.
