The Artesian Solo Cocktail

This is the The Artesian Solo Cocktail recipe using D1 London Gin created by The Langham in London.

  • 45ml D1 London Gin
  • 30ml Kuei Hua Chen Chiew
  • 20ml Zucca Rabarbaro
  • 5ml Mentzendorff Kummel Liqueur
  • 2 drops Fee Brothers Grapefruit Bitters


  • Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a rock glass with block ice.
  • Garnish with dehydrated grapefruit and star anise.
