This is the White Rabbit cocktail recipe using D1 London Gin. Perfect for Easter parties!
Ingredients:
- 50ml D1 London Gin
- 25ml Amaretto
- 30ml Double Cream
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Curd
- A drop of vanilla paste
- Handful of ice
- Edible flowers to serve
Instructions:
Add the Gin, Amaretto, double cream, lemon curd and vanilla paste into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake until the outside of the shaker feels very cold.
Strain into a coupe or martini glass and garnish with edible flowers before serving.
