We start with a long fermentation before two distinct distillations. During the second of these, the vapours are elevated through a series of seven column stills to a height of 40 metres. As it ascends, our potato spirit passes over 2,000 purification plates, each raising the liquid a little bit closer to vodka perfection.
This meticulous process is controlled with such accuracy that, after blending with crystal clear water, the spirit drawn from the still can be bottled without filtration. This allows D1 Potato Vodka to retain its incredible, velvet-soft mouthfeel and distinguished creamy taste.
We carefully source every part of our product and our uncompromising approach is reflected in the way we produce the liquid. Our potato distillate originates from Germany; we blend and bottle our vodka in Lancashire, using local water. Our caps are manufactured in Italy, the bottles in France and our glass decoration comes from Scotland.

D1 Potato Vodka is a wonderfully smooth vodka, balancing two vastly different worlds to give an intriguing yet rewarding experience on the palate; on the one hand it's buttery, sweet and creamy and on the other it's vegetal, herbaceous and spicy.
Toasted sourdough bread, sage, melted butter on Jersey Royals, earthy and vegetal.
Saline and salted butter, bitter chocolate 80%, sweet fig and wild honey, hints of herbs de Provence.
White chocolate, double cream, Szechuan pepper.
Stir chill 35ml of D1 Vodka with 50ml tomato juice, 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce and 2 dashes Tabasco sauce. Pour over cubed ice in a D1 goblet then garnish with salt, pepper and a celery stick before adding a port float and a tomato skewer to finish.
Serve 25ml D1 Vodka onto a sugar cube soaked with lavender bitters and topped with a chilled fizz, served in a flute for a magically floral sensation.
A perfect serve of 35ml D1 Vodka topped with a premium tonic water and served over cubed ice with an orange peel twist in a hi-ball glass.
Combine 45ml of D1 Vodka with 2 bar spoons of rhubarb & ginger conserve; add a dash of rhubarb bitters; then shake with ice until chilled. Fill a Julep tin with cracked ice and serve with a mint sprig and rhubarb stalk.
Pour 45ml of D1 Vodka into a chilled shaker filled with ice and add 10ml of egg white, 20ml sugar syrup, 30ml lemon juice and 20ml green tea. Shake vigorously until chilled and serve in a rocks glass over ice.
Shake to chill 20ml of D1 Vodka, 60ml D1 London Dry Gin with 10ml of Lillet Blanc, garnished with a lemon zest twist and serve in a coupette glass for the perfect Bond serve.
